Shipping & Return Policy

Shipping POLICY:

All orders will be processed and shipped within 5-7 business days of the order date. Shipping prices will be calculated at checkout. Once your order is picked up by USPS we are no longer responsible for any shipping issues including lost or stolen packages.

Please note: Dazed Designs is not responsible for unsuccessful deliveries caused by a wrong or incomplete shipping address, including incorrect zip codes or addresses that were undeliverable upon delivery. Non-delivery or additional shipping costs due to customer errors will not be taken by Dazed Designs. If your order states delivered on our end, this is what our team goes by. 

Return POLICY: 

All orders are final sale once you place your order. These items are individually handcrafted with special attention, and automatically go into the queue once ordered. They are one of a kind pieces and no two look exactly alike. Please note once you make a purchase, it is final sale and not available for a refund. It is the customer's responsibility to fully understand our small business policy prior to making their purchase.
